Over the recent several years, we've been hard at work on our Portals for Microsoft Dynamics CRM product line, expanding on the foundations we established with CMS for SQL, with a truly interactive, CRM-based web-engagement platform that delivers far greater potential business value than web content publishing can offer alone.

The fundamental reason to use CRM-based Adxstudio Portals over a traditional web content management system is in the tracking and analysis of web user interactions, in alignment with phone, chat and email records in the CRM, for a comprehensive 360 degree business view - from both aggregate and granular perspectives. Adxstudio Portals for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Upgrade Offer
Adxstudio CMS Licensees are eligible to receive a free upgrade Adxstudio Portals, Standard Edition license (a $5,000 value), providing they purchase the associated annual software maintenance. Additional conversion upgrades to Adxstudio Portals Professional or Enterprise editions are available for purchase at rates published at www.adxstudio.com/portals at the time of transition. Adxstudio Sales Engineers will work with CMS Licensees to help them best understand their upgrade opportunities. This free upgrade offer expires on June 30, 2013.
CMS End of Sale
The Adxstudio Content Management System end of sale (EOS) date is December 3, 2012. As of this date, Adxstudio CMS products and annual software maintenance will no longer be available for sale.
All current Adxstudio CMS for SQL license holders, regardless of their acquired software version or the status of their software maintenance, are entitled to acquire the current version of CMS for SQL via download at community.adxstudio.com at no charge. Holders of CMS versions prior to 7.0.xxxx (currently 7.0.0085) may need to contact an Adxstudio Customer Service Representative to receive a new license key.
CMS End of Maintenance
The CMS end of software maintenance is January 1, 2014. Existing annual maintenance agreements which expire within the 2013 calendar year will not be eligible for further renewal.
Existing paid annual software maintenance agreements continue to entitle license holders the right to all available bug fixes, patches and product updates released during their maintenance term. No new product development features are planned.
CMS End of Product Support
The CMS end of product support is January 1, 2014 (product is considered legacy status).
After this date, Adxstudio will no longer develop, repair, maintain or test the CMS product software. Developer and content publisher training services will no longer be offered.
This end of life announcement does not impact how long you can use this
product, only how long Adxstudio will provide technical support.
