The CRM toolkit is priced on a per CRM organization model in order to be fair to our customers and to simplify license fee calculations. There are no hidden fees for CRM users, servers, or developers. A CRM organization is a CRM 4.0 tenant organization.

Licenses for the ADXSTUDIO Developer Toolkit for Microsoft CRM 4.0 are available on a subscription basis for CRM hosting partners at a rate of $49 USD/month per CRM organization. The Subscription Model includes the right to use new versions, therefore, no additional maintenance fee is required. There is a minimum committment of $500 over the first year to qualify for the subscription plan. License usage is reported monthly, and invoiced quarterly, with 30 day terms. The subscription licensing model is suitable for CRM hosting partners that offer commercial hosting services for their customers.

The Subscription Model is only available for partners offering CRM services in a commercial hosting arrangement; it is not available for end-customers.

The CRM developer toolkit can be used on development and non-production servers with no additional fees, as long as maintenance fees are kept current or your account is up-to-date on the Subscription Model.

Our licenses require that you maintain appropriate license agreements with Microsoft for all Microsoft products that are required in the solution. This includes, but is not limited to Windows Server, Dynamics CRM, SQL Server, and Visual Studio.

An ADXSTUDIO CMS license includes a single organization license for the ADXSTUDIO Developer Toolkit for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. If you are building an entire website solution and customer portal for one organization, and want to take advantage of a powerful CMS platform, you should consider purchasing a license of ADXSTUDIO CMS and get the benfits of both products in one convenient package.

We are also able to offfer special embedded licenses for Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM bundled with an ADXSTUDIO CMS license. There are significant cost savings to enjoy by purchasing these licenses when bundled with ADXSTUDIO CMS.
