Doug Schneider

Doug Schneider
President, Chairman of the Board of Directors

Doug Schneider is President, founding partner and Chairman of the Board of Adxstudio Inc. Doug guides the corporation's governance and accountability, providing key strategic direction for business alliance, human resources, finance, legal, corporate marketing and public relations activities. Prior to forming Adxstudio, Schneider provided technical consulting and project management services to the Canadian agriculture sector through key engagements with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, AgrEvo Canada and the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool (now Viterra).

Doug is particularly skilled at management consulting, consensus building and charting corporate objectives. He has spent the past 15 years guiding Adxstudio's growth.

Doug enjoys preparing fine cuisine, is a keen audiophile and enjoys playing golf and hockey. He serves as director on the boards of both the Saskatchewan Film and Video Development Corporation (SaskFilm) and the Ranch Ehrlo Society. Doug holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science and makes his home in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Shan McArthur

Chief Executive Officer & Chief Technical Officer

Shan McArthur is the CEO and CTO of Adxstudio Inc. and one of the firm's founding Partners. Shan ensures that Adxstudio product and service solutions consistently deliver high value and fosters trusting business relationships with industry partners and customers.

Shan is an internationally recognized software industry leader, as well as a sought-after speaker and consultant, particularly on the topics of web portal and application life cycle management technology for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. As the chief architect of the Adxstudio Portals product, Shan has established a vast knowledge of the intricacies of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Windows Azure and the methods used to leverage the products to their full capacity.

Shan was recognized by Microsoft in 2009 as Canada's first Microsoft Dynamics CRM MVP (Most Valuable Professional), an award he's received each year since. He commonly shares his deep knowledge, experience and thought leadership at industry events and conferences.

Shan is an avid skier and aficionado of fine wine and gourmet food. He makes his home with his family in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Dennis Ambrose

Dennis Ambrose
Chief Operating Officer

Dennis Ambrose is Adxstudio's Chief Operating Officer and a founding Partner. He is responsible for all aspects of the firm's service delivery operations including professional services and customer support. Prior to founding Adxstudio Dennis served in technology management roles at EDS and ISM Canada.

With over 20 years of experience in software solution delivery and client relationship management, Dennis is particularly skilled at project and personnel management, applying innovative management processes while leading a diverse, experienced team of award winning development professionals.

Dennis enjoys spending time with his family and is an active facilitator and supporter of his daughters' competitive swim teams. He earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Regina and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) for more than 15 years. Dennis makes his home in Regina Saskatchewan.

Grant McLarnon

Grant McLarnon
Managing Partner, Alberta

As Vice-President, Alberta, Grant McLarnon guides business development and operations for the Alberta regional office, overseeing sales, local partnerships and customer responsibilities. In his leadership role, he provides account management, executive sponsorship and portal architectural guidance for enterprise-class Adxstudio projects. Grant's history architecting effective CRM solutions spans the past 15 years, having worked with Siebel and Clarify. He also served as a founding member of the Canadian CRM practice at Deloitte Consulting. 

Grant is exceptionally skilled in CRM strategy, business process and technology implementation arenas. His experience delivering CRM solutions spans energy, oil & gas, telecommunications, consumer goods, health care and public sectors, with implementation solutions ranging from single office through to global deployments with thousands of users. 

Grant is especially passionate about mentoring youth and serves as a teen leadership breakthrough trainer for the Empowering Minds Youth Leadership program. He is a youth coach with the Canadian Soccer Association and serves as assistant chairman and steering committee member for the CRMUG Calgary Chapter. Grant joined Adxstudio in the fall of 2011 and resides in Calgary Alberta.

Nancie Calder

Nancie Calder
Managing Partner, Ontario

Nancie Calder is a Managing Partner with Adxstudio, responsible for project delivery and operations within the Ontario region. An accomplished 20 year CRM professional, Nancie's experience prior to joining Adxstudio includes CRM consultancy positions at Regulatory College, Sun Life Financial and Unleash Corporation, where she developed specialized expertise directing implementations for a diverse range of public sector, private sector and regulatory clients.

Nancie has honed her CRM leadership, planning and communications skills since 1993, serving at times as a CRM consulting practice lead, program/project manager, senior business analyst, trainer, consultant and testing manager. She is a certified PMP and certified Microsoft Professional (MCTS) in CRM2011 and Dynamics Sure Step methodology. She holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Concordia University and a diploma of collegial studies in Commerce, Marketing from John Abbott College.

Outside of work, Nancie enjoys skiing and youth hockey, volunteers time to her local school milk program and is involved in minor hockey team management. Nancie joined Adxstudio in the fall of 2011 and makes her home in Toronto, Ontario.

Rick McCutcheon

Rick McCutcheon
Director, Business Development

Rick McCutcheon leads Adxstudio's business development efforts. Rick's vast experience set includes time spent as a company founder, senior executive, reseller, board member, educator, and consultant. He is an authoritative CRM professional active in the Dynamics CRM community, a much sought after speaker, workshop leader and the creator of the Full Contact Selling (FCS) methodology.

Rick is the Chairman of the Canadian chapter of the Microsoft CRM User Group and the CRM Facilitator for the Canadian Professional Sales Association. He is a contributing author of the book Sales Gurus Speak Out, penning the chapter 'Power Up Your Sales with Technology'.

Rick makes his home in the Toronto, Ontario area. He joined Adxstudio in the fall of 2011.

Paula Kuehl

Partner Alliance Director

Paula Kuehl is the Partner Alliance Director at Adxstudio, responsible for identifying global partnerships and delivering partner programs to positively impact the company's market presence, revenue achievement, and profitability. Paula’s career spans fifteen years of successfully managing, recruiting, and delivering impactful partner programs. She is particularly skilled at developing strategic relationships, architecting sales channels and channel management in rapid growth environments.

Prior to joining Adxstudio Paula developed and managed partner programs for InsideView and Hoover’s (a Dun & Bradstreet company) where she helped build the company's first channel sales organization, expanding distribution through major CRM brand owners and partner eco-systems. Paula also served several years with Great Plains and Microsoft in channel sales roles.

Outside of work Paula enjoys cooking, photography and the arts. She makes her home in Redmond, WA.

Craig Fleming

Director, Product Management

Craig Fleming is the Director of Product Management for Adxstudio, responsible for ensuring the development and delivery of Adxstudio branded software products. Adxstudio's first employee, he previously served 12 years as the firm's Director of Interactive Services, managing a team of developers focused on web-based client solutions built on Adxstudio framework technology. Prior to joining Adxstudio, Craig worked in LAN management and EDP Helpdesk services at the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool and University of Regina.

Craig is a seasoned software development professional, skilled at resolving sophisticated requirements challenges, bridging infrastructure, OS, application and implementation chasms, and arriving at qualified solution designs. He has extensive experience serving public sector web portal clients.

Craig holds a bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of Regina. He resides with his family in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Scott Harwood

Director, Marketing

Scott Harwood is the Director of Marketing for Adxstudio, charged with advancing brand awareness, conducting market research and establishing Adxstudio product brand positions. Prior to joining Adxstudio, Harwood managed corporate communications and product development portfolios for Group Medical Services, overseeing product marketing, advertising, channel communications and broker portal activities for the Canadian health insurance provider.

With a twenty year professional background in interactive marketing and communications, Scott is skilled at leveraging electronic media and social tools for deep stakeholder engagement. Scott was instrumental in the design, development and management of the ground-breaking deliberative engagement website for the Commission on the Future of Health Care in Canada, the first Canadian federal government commission to use the internet as its primary stakeholder interaction channel.

Scott served six years as board member, vice-president, and president of the Saskatchewan Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services agency. His interests include music composition and video production. He makes his home in Regina, Saskatchewan.
