Attach Role-Specific Conference Attributes to Your CRM Contacts
In addition to CRM users assigned event organization rights, the Adxstudio Portals Events customization includes entities and roles for Speakers, Sponsors and Registered Attendees.
Use the Speaker entity to store marketing or background information on presenting speakers with links to their websites, contact information and supporting papers or documents. As speaking events complete, attendee feedback is attached to the Speaker record.
Similar to Speakers, the Sponsors entity attaches marketing, contact and sponsorship information to CRM Account and Membership records for web display.
And, using permissions and workflows, those designated as event speakers and sponsors can view restricted content and scheduling information on event and conference website extranets.
Registered Attendees are automatically granted permissions to create customized schedule calendars, access event-specific information and downloads, then contribute event feedback once the sessions are complete.
